We generally offer free shipping within Germany and to EU countries!
We ship via DHL/UPS, and larger items are shipped via freight service.
For most offered products, we also provide free worldwide shipping! This worldwide free shipping applies expressly only to orders placed and completed directly in the online shop. Exceptions to the worldwide free shipping include certain items that, due to their nature, size, or weight, can only be shipped via freight or as bulky goods (e.g., studio furniture or acoustic modules). The actual transport costs incurred for these items will be charged individually and communicated in the final order confirmation. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, and transit fees will be charged separately.

Payment Methods:

We offer you a wide range of modern and convenient payment methods and financing options. Simply choose the option that suits you best. Please note that shipping costs may partly depend on the chosen payment method.

• PREPAYMENT (VORKASSE): Please transfer the total amount of your order to our account, which is specified in your order confirmation.

• CASH ON DELIVERY (NACHNAHME): The DHL courier collects the invoice amount in cash upon delivery. A cash on delivery fee of €2 is charged by DHL.

• KLARNA Payment: Immediate payment via direct transfer or credit card, installment payment, or payment after 30 days.
