Avid S1
The Avid S1 is a professional 8-channel DAW controller designed for advanced recording, mixing and post-production environments. It brings the workflow of large Avid consoles into a compact format, combining tactile control with modern touchscreen integration.
When paired with a tablet and the Avid Control app, the S1 becomes a powerful control hub, enabling intuitive operation with visual feedback. Thanks to EUCON technology, it offers deep integration with DAWs such as Pro Tools as well as many third-party applications.
Workflow & Control
The Avid S1 combines traditional console-style operation with modern software control. Eight motorized faders, encoders and displays provide direct access to essential mix parameters, while the tablet interface enhances the workflow with metering, plug-in control and navigation.
Its banking and channel management system ensures fast navigation in large sessions. Multiple S1 units can be combined and used alongside an Avid Dock to create a scalable, modular mixing system.
