ATC SSM12i Pro The ATC SSM12i Pro is a compact passive 2-way studio installation monitor designed specifically for wall and ceiling mounting in professional control rooms. It is part of ATC’s Studio Surface Monitor (SSM) series and was developed to deliver accurate monitoring in space-constrained environments such as Dolby Atmos, surround and immersive audio studios. The system features a 150 mm CLD mid-bass driver and an ATC SH25-76 dual-suspension tweeter, both designed and manufactured in-house by ATC. Its ultra-shallow cabinet depth of just 147 mm allows discreet installation on walls or ceilings without occupying valuable studio space. A specially designed articulating mounting system allows the speaker to pivot away from the mounting surface and aim toward the listening position. This preserves frequency balance and ensures precise spatial imaging in immersive monitoring setups.
